Jim Cram has over thirty years of industry experience, including fifteen years of technical management. In addition to his B.Sc. in Physics and M.Ed. in counseling Psychology, Jim holds an M.M. with dual certificates in Organization Development and Conflict Resolution. He has successfully led many project teams and has specialized in customer relations and successful team building. Jim is experienced in group facilitation and is currently writing a book on the theory of team development.

Rick MacWilliams has been an active business development and marketing consultant for the past nine years after twenty-one years as an engineer and technical manager in product development. In addtion to his current work in organizational development, he has many years of experience in counseling and group facilitation. Rick's education includes a B.S. in Applied Physics, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and considerable specialized training in business management.
